The first step to developing resilience is to become consciously aware of what we are carrying, what we are taking on and learn the tools to go into the body, where our shadow aspects hang out, and work with our feelings to heal them.Ā
The next step is to learn to change our thoughts and patterns of behaviour. We need to create an upgraded energetic field, teach ourselves to think greater than we feel, and rewire our subconscious minds to tell new stories and teach our bodies to feel differently.Ā
After that we learn how to transform heavy energy as it arrives to us and develop skills to strengthen our energetic body. Everything begins on the level of energy - so we get this right - then our emotional, psychological and physical processes also become easier and more harmonious. And we can be in greater and more effortless Service to our planet and our global family.
The reason Iām so passionate about this is because as a highly empathic being, I have had to teach myself how not to get taken out by the heavy energies that are constantly swirling around us from our environment and the collective.Ā
Iāve chosen a life path of being in Service - and that means in my Shamanic work, I consistently find myself swimming in other people's hoocha (heavy energy) and Iāve had to learn to discern what is mine, whatās not and what to do about it.Ā
Iāve learned how to feel compassion without being overwhelmed by empathy.
Learning to create resilience is the greatest gift you can give to yourself.Ā
