Join my dear sister Catalina for four weeks of Trauma-Informed Facilitation for Ceremony and Shamanic Breathwork.

Session Topics include:
 

Session 1, December 6th: Breathwork principles, understanding the nervous system, trauma-informed facilitation.

Session 2, December 13th: Emotions, how memories work, morphic fields.

Session 3, December 20th : Energetic body, plasma, Retentions, activating sound.

Session 4, January 10th: Altered states of consciousness, transpersonal psychology, Holotropic Breath Work and Rebirthing.

Each session you will also immerse in a powerful breath work journey with Catalina- many of you have already experienced these sessions and likely know how gentle yet profound they are.

These sessions will support you immensely in your own personal practices and daily life: empowering you with tools to find your centre, release trauma in the body, move emotions efficiently and utilise the power of the breath to ground yourself as well as enter into altered states to heal, process and awaken.

If you are facilitating Ceremony or offer any variety of group work or one on one work in your own offerings and services: these sessions will help you enormously in terms of holding a very secure, stable and safe space, navigating trauma and how to effectively support others moving through intense emotional processes, and of course, lead others on beautifully deep and transformational breath work journeys of your own.
