OUR CANCELLATION POLICY -

$700 AUD deposit is non refundable and non transferable. You can find our terms and conditions for our Anchoring The Light events here

 Any cancellations made more than 2 months out from the retreat start date, the remaining balance minus the $700 AUD deposit can be put toward any other Anchoring the Light offering, training or retreat.

Any cancellations made less than 2 months out from the retreat start date (0-60 days) - 100% of the total price must be paid and any refunds are up to the discretion of Anchoring the Light.

If a retreat fills and reaches a minimum number of participants, refunds or transferring balance to another offering of the total price minus the deposit will be considered.

If a retreat does not fill and reach a minimum number of participants, then 100% of the total price must be paid and is non-refundable. If you have paid the full balance due by the start of the retreat or balance, you will be given a 20% discount off any upcoming offerings.

Exceptions will only be made in the case of serious illness or death of a close family member. 

Please understand that this is due to very high retreat costs. Once you book we budget for you, so for us to continue to be in our best service to all of our wonderful participants, we need to be clear with our cancellation policy. We trust and thank you for your understanding.

Please fill this out as soon as possible and return it to us with any questions. If for some reason this journey isn’t right for you at this time, we will of course refund you in full.
