WHAT IS IN_BREATH?

IN_BREATH is a breathwork technique born from the integration of Rebirthing and Holotropic Breathwork, practices that open the door to expanded states of consciousness and deep transformation. The breath in IN_BREATH is feminine and gentle, yet powerful, creating a rhythm that supports exploration and presence. From these roots emerges a unique method that goes beyond catharsis or simple emotional regulation: IN_BREATH integrates body, energy, and consciousness in a profound process where breath becomes a language between the soul and matter.

Through connected, circular breathing, participants access the subtlest layers of the self, releasing patterns, emotions, and blocks that limit the natural expression of life. The training teaches how to translate these experiences into the body and daily life, while aligning with the subtle energetic fields of the self to enhance perception, self-understanding, and inner balance. At the same time, it develops the capacity to hold sessions from a place of deep presence, attentive listening, and trust, allowing each participant’s inner wisdom to guide their own transformation.

Before the in-person training, participants receive access to 12 pre-recorded theoretical videos containing essential knowledge that prepares them to fully engage in the practice. This ensures that the in-person sessions focus entirely on experiential learning, embodiment, and direct facilitation practice.

During the immersion, participants explore the full IN_BREATH methodology through hands-on practice, learning how to open and close energetic spaces safely and accompany others from a place of grounded presence, clarity, and respect.

WHAT IS WILKA SUYU?

Wilka Suyu is a Sacred Path of Remembrance — a return to the ancient art of Ceremony and the living wisdom of the Earth. Rooted in the Andean Cosmovision and anchored in the Wilka Suyu Lineage of the Qanches iIla — the Lineage of the Seven Rays as passed through Maestro Puma Quispe Singona and his grandfather Don Maximo Papakei — this training is the foundational gateway for all Ceremonial facilitation within the Lineage of Light.

At its heart, Wilka Suyu is a journey of devotion to the Sacred Medicine of Cacao — a path that Awakens Remembrance, Restores balance, and Re-aligns us with the Great Web of Life. Through this Apprenticeship, we learn to walk and work between worlds — to Anchor Light through the body, to steward Energy with precision and grace, and to open transformational spaces that are trauma-informed, safe, sovereign, and profoundly healing.

You will be initiated into the Art of Shamanic Facilitation — learning how to create and hold Sacred Ceremonial space with energetic integrity, clarity, and power.

We cultivate the essential skills to guide others through deep transformation while remaining grounded, protected, and in Sacred Service.

From this solid Ceremonial foundation, the training expands into The Journey Arts — working with modalities such as Breathwork, Medicine Song, Drum Journeying, and Somatic Movement.

Here, we bridge worlds with the Crystalline frequencies held through the In Breath lineage — a powerful synthesis of Shamanic practice and transformational breath work, in collaboration with Catalina Rojas. Together, these paths create a Unified field of Awakening and embodied facilitation.

At the center of it all is the Mesa — the Andean Medicine Bundle — your living Altar and bridge between worlds.

You will learn to build an unshakeable relationship with your Allies, the Apus, Elements, and Spirit Guardians — mastering the opening and closing of Sacred Space, energetic hygiene, protection, and the flow of energy through your Ceremonies.

Your Ceremony becomes a living Embodiment of your Altar - with You at the centre.

By the completion of this training, you will have everything you need to facilitate powerful Shamanic Cacao Ceremonies and transformational spaces in full alignment with the principles of trauma-informed facilitation and energetic mastery — bringing this work forward into your community with confidence, clarity, and integrity.

Alongside the in-person immersion, you will receive lifetime access to a comprehensive library of recorded Wisdom teachings, Guided meditations, and Ceremonial resources, plus ongoing support and mentorship from both the Wilka Suyu and In Breath lineages.

Being initiated into this Lineage means having the backing of a whole team of Allies — powerful Medicine Men and Women walking and working with you every step of the way.
